Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item from LaFlamine. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel your order, please email official@laflamine.com with your order number.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at official@laflamine.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item(s) with the original tags still attached

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear or use may be rejected.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost will depend on the shipping carrier selected.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return Process

  1. Do not send your return directly to our address. All return and refund requests must be submitted to us first. You can find our contact information on our Contact Us page.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return link along with the correct warehouse address. Please note that the warehouse location may vary depending on your location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  3. After shipping your return package, please allow 7–30 days for it to arrive at our warehouse, depending on your location and the shipping method used.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned package and confirm that the item meets our return requirements, we will process your refund immediately.

You will typically receive your refund within 3–7 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days during periods of high return volume.

Credit or Debit Card

Refunds will be sent back to your card-issuing bank within 5 business days. Please contact your bank if you have questions about when the refund will appear in your account.

PayPal, Klarna, or Other Payment Methods

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please contact your payment provider for more information.

Please note: Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
