Returns & Exchange

We want you to love every piece from LaFlamine. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at official@laflamine.com with your order number.

How to Return or Exchange

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at official@laflamine.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item(s) with tags attached

Acceptable Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items showing signs of use may be refused
  • Intimate items, swimwear, and sale items are final sale

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a customer change of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.
  • If the return is due to our error such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received we will cover the return shipping fee in full.
  • Do not return items without contacting us first

Return Process

  1. Do not send your return directly to our address. All return and refund requests must first be submitted to us. You can find our contact information on the Contact Us page.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return link with the correct warehouse address. Please note that the warehouse location may vary depending on your location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Once your return package is sent, please allow 7–30 days for it to reach our warehouse, depending on your location and the shipping method used.

Refunds

Once we receive your return package and confirm that the item meets our return requirements, we will process your refund immediately. You will typically receive your refund within 3–7 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days during periods of high return volume.

  • Credit or Debit Card — Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 5 business days. Please contact your bank for questions about when the credit will appear on your account.
  • PayPal, Klarna, or other payment methods — Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please contact your payment provider for further details.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
