At LaFlamine, we ship from warehouses located across the United States, Europe, Thailand, and other regions. We always prioritize shipping from the warehouse closest to your location for the fastest delivery possible.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–7 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During high volume periods, processing may take a few extra days

- Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of shipment
Shipping Guarantee
We offer an optional Shipping Guarantee for premium protection during international delivery. If your package is reported lost, we will reship it immediately at no extra charge. You may opt out of this at checkout.
Split Shipments
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if:
- Your order contains a large number of items
- Some items require longer processing time
- Some items are pre-order with extended production periods
Tracking numbers for each package will be provided separately.
Customs & Duties

Damages
- LaFlamine is not liable for products damaged during shipping
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Please keep all original packaging materials when filing a claim
